◊ The history of gypsum: The history of making use of gypsum is belonging to Egypt 5000 years ago in order to bond plastering of walls in tombs. In Iran there also is a close relation between gypsum industries and building construction. From old days it was one of the traditional construction materials. Gypsum used to be a part of ancient buildings and as an eye catching arcographs that represents Iranian innovation and the art of Iranian artistic.
◊ Location of mine: The location of mine is in 65th km west of BANDAR-e-ABBAS. The distance between aggregation plant and main road is 1.2 km.
◊ Deposit: Fix deposit in various mineral block forms which is mentioned in certificate, issued by mine and industry ministry, is 54 million tones and probable deposit is 82 million tones.
◊ Chemical combination: Analyzing of the sample gypsum of this mine, is as following tables

◊ Production method: After explosion in mine, the modern & ultra heavy mobile crusher reaches to stones and starts working with capacity of 1200 tones per hour, then stones are put into feed hopper of crusher by excavator while the size of stones is up to 800mm after separating the garbage (about 20%_40%) and primary crushing up to 250mm are leaded towards mobile belt conveyors then they're transferred toward stockpile of 35,000 tones capacity. In this stage stones are transferred toward the secondary crusher then to screen by belt conveyor of concrete tunnel which is at the button of stockpile. Consequently the final products up to 70mm size (regarding customers order) are stored in various stores. Again they are transferred to five automatic loading silos by belt conveyor which placed at the button of stockpile. The whole production circle (extracting till loading to trucks) is completely automatic.
◊ Production Capacity: 100,000 Tons per month.
◊ Production type: generally 0 to 50 and 50 to 250 mm sizes are prepared for sale and is flexible according customers’ order.
◊ Gypsum function: the main functions are as following:
- industries
- building
- cement
- porcelain and ceramic glazing
- agriculture
- casting
- medicine
- paper
- petrol chemical
- leader
